Applying online for an aqua credit card is quick and easy. If you’re approved, all you have to do is sign and return the credit card agreement that we will send you in the post. Alternatively you can request a postal application form to be sent to you.

To apply for an aqua card you must be aged 18 or over and be resident in the UK. Please answer the following questions fully and accurately as the information you supply will be used to decide whether you are approved for an aqua card.

Have you ever been declared bankrupt?

Bankruptcy: have you ever been declared insolvent by court proceedings and relieved from payment of outstanding debts after the surrender of all assets to a court-appointed trustee? If so, please answer yes to this question even if your bankruptcy is now discharged. You will then be asked to tell us how recently you became bankrupt which will allow us to assess your situation further. A default notice is a formal letter which is sent to a customer when that individual is so far behind with repayments that the relationship is deemed to have broken down. This can happen when you are between 3 and 6 months in arrears and the next step may be further legal action. A record of a default notice will remain on your credit record for up to six years.
