Making payments easy

It's important to manage your aqua credit card carefully. This means you need to make at least the minimum payment each month – an amount equal to the total of any interest, default sums plus 1% of the balance shown on your statement (minimum £5, or the full balance if less than £5). You also need to make sure you stay within your agreed credit limit.

By doing this you can help build or repair your credit rating, and we may also be able to increase your credit limit.

6 easy ways to pay

We’ve made it easy to pay your aqua credit card bill. Whether you want to pay in full each month or spread your repayments, you can choose from one of the following options:

1. By Direct Debit

We can take automatic payments by DIRECT DEBIT. We’ll take a minimum payment, full balance, a percentage of your balance or a set amount each month, whichever you prefer. For more details call 0845 601 0436. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, the money will be taken from your bank account approximately 17 days after the date the statement was issued.

2. ONLINE

You can pay online through your own bank or on the aqua website www.aquacard.co.uk. Please allow at least 3 working days before the due date shown. We also accept payment using Faster Payment Service. If you cannot pay for any reason, please call us on 0845 601 0436 as early as possible and we will do what we can to help.

3. By POST

Complete the payment slip and send with a cheque in the envelope provided. Please ensure the cheque is made payable to the account holder, with the 16 digit credit card number included in the payee line. Under no circumstances should the cheque be made payable to the Bank as it may not be accepted. Please allow 7 working days for your payment to reach us.
