How to pay

Making payments on your aqua credit card

It's really important that you manage your aqua card responsibly, this means you need to make at least the minimum payment each month - 3% of your outstanding balance or £5 – whichever is greater.

You also need to make sure you stay within your agreed credit limit. Managing your aqua card in this way may help you build or repair your credit rating, and may mean we'll be able to consider you for a credit line increase too.

5 easy ways to make payments

We’ve made it easier than ever for you to make your aqua card payment. Whether you want to pay in full each month or spread your repayments, choose from one of the following options.

By post

Fill in your bank giro slip ay the bottom of your statement, sending it with a cheque in the envelope provided with your statement. Make your cheque payable to the principal cardholder with your aqua credit card number included in the payee line, for example:

Mr S Smith – 5570 9801 2345 6789

Please don’t send cash by post.

At a bank branch

Fill in the bank giro slip at the bottom of your statement and hand it in, with cash or a cheque, at a bank branch displaying the MasterCard sign. Some banks may charge a fee.
