Balance transfers

If you’re interested in making a balance transfer, first you’ll need to make sure you have available credit on your aqua card to cover the amount you want to transfer.

You can make as many balance transfers as you want up to your available credit limit but each transfer must be a minimum of £20. Each time you make a balance transfer you’ll be charged a minimum of £3 or 3% of the balance transfer value, whichever is greater.

To arrange the transfer you need to call us on 0845 601 0436* and speak with one of our advisors. You’ll need to have ready all the details of the accounts you wish to transfer balances from, and the transfer is normally complete within 7 days of us receiving the request.
