How can I make a payment?


You can register online and make a payment or you can pay by cash, cheque, telephone or post – whichever is easiest. You also have flexibility of being able to pay via a direct debit to cover the minimum payment, full amount due, a percentage of the balance or a set amount each month, whichever you prefer. You can set this up by calling 0845 601 0436* now.

Please note that at the moment your payment cannot be made using the Faster Payment Service (FPS).

If you cannot pay for any reason, please call us on 0845 601 0436* as early as possible and we will do what we can to help.
